Our challenges with the client
The main challenge was unifying and optimizing security within a massive infrastructure of 350 centers across 50 provinces and 96 towns. We defined strategic objectives focused on ensuring continuity and comprehensively protecting facilities, staff, patients, and residents. The strategy prioritized risk mitigation to drastically reduce theft and aggression, while increasing the sense of safety and trust for families and employees nationwide.
The implemented solution
A large-scale electronic and physical security solution was implemented, focusing on operational efficiency and regulatory rigor. This included managing a robust ecosystem of 4,000 HD cameras ready for AI monitoring, along with over 300 specialized access control systems for critical areas like surgical zones and data centers. To ensure total service continuity, the strategy includes a nationwide preventive and corrective maintenance program.
